Volunteers are very important and always welcomed at Corvilla. They help build a bond between the people we serve and the communities where they live. They help further the mission of Corvilla. There are a variety of volunteer opportunities at Corvillawe are sure to have something that will fit your schedule and your interests. It’s easy to get started, just submit a volunteer application form. We will contact you and set up an interview so we can match your interests and talents with the best volunteer opportunities.

One-Time Volunteer Opportunities

Is your company, dorm, club, church group or community organization looking for a one-time volunteer opportunity? There are numerous opportunities that we can provide including field trips and recreational outings to the zoo, bowling, the ball park and more. We also have opportunities with home improvement projects like painting and landscaping projects or helping to decorate our homes for the Christmas holidays. Volunteers can even spend an afternoon with the residents decorating pumpkins for Halloween or baking and decorating cookies for Christmas. The opportunities are endless and can be designed to meet the interest, size and time available by your group.

FundRaising Events

Volunteers can help out with a variety of fundraising events. They can join the Development Committee and help plan new events and help promote events in the community.

Internship Opportunities

Gain experience and personal growth, and help support our mission by pursuing one of our internship opportunities. Internship positions are available with various programs and departments. Committees

Corvilla has several committees that meet on a regular basis to ensure that we are providing the best support to the people we serve. You can become an “ad-hoc” member of committees such as Facility & Grounds, Mission & Governance, Finance, Public Relations & Marketing, Fundraising and Human Rights.

Board of Directors

Members of the Board are volunteers representing various segments of the community and can be elected to serve two consecutive, three-year terms. Board volunteers share their time and expertise to help guide Corvilla to meet its mission. Questions?
