$17/hr weekends (with shift differential)

Responsibilities

  • Ability to work on a team to provide the highest quality level of care to individuals with disabilities in their homes

  • Ensure the safety of individuals served

  • Ability to participate in individual and group activities to promote a positive and caring home environment

  • Encouraging independence by assisting individuals with self-care, cooking, cleaning, etc.

  • Promote self-advocacy and socialization

Flexible shifts available

  • Weekday first and second shift (6a-10a, 4p-7p, 2:30p-10:30p)

  • Weekend first and second shift (7a-3p, 8a-4p, 2:30p-10:30p)

  • Overnights (10p-8a, 11p-7a, 11p-3a)

  • 4, 8, 10, 12-hour shifts available

  • Double and power weekend shifts are also available

Requirements

  • Must be 18+ years of age and have a valid driver's license

  • Pass background and driving record check requirements

  • Natural ability to display enthusiasm, patience, compassion, and respect

  • Employees will become certified in First Aid, CPR, AED, and Medication Administration. This training is provided.
