This position provides leadership, coaching and support to the group home staff as well as assisting with management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is someone who treats everyone with respect, dignity and kindness and is excited about being a key member of a team supporting five young ladies as they work toward independence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist manager with mentoring staff.

  • Lead by example, providing high-quality services to individuals in their home

  • Responsible for being on call 2 days per week, assisting with staffing and scheduling as necessary.

  • Transportation of clients.

  • Promote a positive and caring home environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 18+ years of age, pass background check and driving record requirements

  • Valid driver’s license required
