The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is responsible for the development and the execution of the Human Resources department and all functions that support the organizational business plan and strategy. Includes recruitment/onboarding, benefits management, payroll, workers compensation, compliance with state and federal labor laws, staff terminations, and conflict resolution. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for accomplishing human resources goals and objectives. Supervises HR staff. Provides strategic leadership and will communicate all HR needs and updates to the Chief Executive Officer.
