Pay: $17.50/Hour Non-Exempt

Eligible for $2 shift increase on weekends.

This position provides leadership, coaching, and support to the supported living staff as well as assisting with management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is someone who treats everyone with respect, dignity, and kindness

Your primary responsibilities will be to travel to different homes assisting individuals with disabilities and mentoring staff. You will work closely with two managers to accomplish this. If you enjoy a variety of locations, individuals and having no two days ever be the same on your job, then apply now, this could be the position for you!

You will be responsible for being on call 2 days per week, assisting with staffing and scheduling as necessary. Could also include transportation of individuals to social activities, shopping, etc.

• Must be 18+ years of age

• Pass DMV and background check requirements

• Valid driver’s license required
