Expectations:

This position performs and directs all home management systems and client programs, within one group home. The primary purpose is to implement, organize, develop, train, document and monitor all household systems. Managers have the responsibility for assuring that active treatment is being provided to each client on a continuous, aggressive basis.

Specific Areas of Responsibility:

  • Resident Safety

  • Data collection of program goals and behavior tracking

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Experience must include personnel management, quality assurance, financial documentation, medication dispensation, systems management, communication skills, and positive relationship building skills.authorized to work in the United States.

  • Transportation of residents to community resources including routine lab & medical appointments

  • Ability to participate in individual and group activities to promote a positive and caring home environment

  • Assistance with completion of all aspects of activities of daily living

  • Experience working with people who are developmentally disabled.

  • Ability to work with others to benefit resident needs, Patient and respectful

  • Cooking

  • Cleaning

  • QIDP notes

  • AED check

  • Manager meetings

  • On-call duties

  • Train staff

  • Cover open shifts

Basic Requirements:

  • 18 years of age

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Valid driver’s license - with minor or no traffic violations

  • Clean criminal history

  • Ability to pass physical and drug screen & TB test
